- The first part of online registration is for you to create an account on the MWHA website. As part of this process you will create a username and password for future use and communication. If you registered online last year, you do not need to create a new account. Login and go to Step 3.
- You will then receive an email with a link in it that you must click to validate your account. This will open up a new browser and you will proceed to the next step.
- The next step is to register with USA Hockey. Read the instructions carefully and click on the link to USA Hockey. This will also open up a new browser or browser tab. Make sure you use the same name with USA Hockey as is on your child's birth certificate. (Returning traveling team players' birth certificates are on file)
- Complete registration with USA Hockey and print out your receipt, which contains the registration number that you will enter back on the MWHA website. Go back to the tab or browser you left immediately preceding the USA Hockey registration. Click Continue.
- AMERICAN EXPRESS: If you wish to pay using your AMEX card you will need to choose the Pay In Full option and then choose Paypal for checkout.
- If you choose the payment plan option prior to Oct 1, it will be broken into 4 equal payments. The first payment is upon initial registration, with subsequent payments automatically deducted using the same credit card on Oct 1, Nov 1 and Dec 1.
- Make sure you register your child according the Age Level Chart.
- Email Communication: If you require communication to go to more than one email address, please make sure you add that to the Secondary Contact field during registration. USA Hockey may also ask for this, but you will need to add it during registration with MWHA.
