Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Mites

Reach out to mites@westonkahockey.org and registrar@westonkahockey.org to request a refund.

ROOKIE CAMP

No refunds are offered.

MITE FALL CAMP

No Refunds.

Travel

Refund Policy: All MWHA refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar and approved by the Board. A. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar. B. Requests received prior to the first grading/tryout session will receive a full refund, less $100 cancellation fee and a pro- rated ice bill based on pre-skates. C. After teams have been rostered, no registration refunds will be given. Any exceptions are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. D. Special circumstances involving season ending injury factoring in date of injury and costs incurred by the Association on behalf of the player.
